New study on featured snippets within Google reveals growth & optimization techniques
Stone Temple Consulting has published a new study around the Internet search results around featured snippets. Featured snippets are when Google shows answers on top of the outcome sometimes referred to as position zero. They’re also regularily utilized for Google Voice search engine results in the search engines Assistant or Google Home.
The investigation took it's origin from 1.4 million queries and signifies that for 50 percent or more of those queries, Google has demonstrated a featured snippet, rich answer, direct answer or something similar inside the listings. The growth of featured snippets over the years in the Google search results is crucial: About 30 percent of the 1.4 million queries showed featured snippets.

The investigation also indicated that in the 601 featured snippet leads to those 1.4 million queries, in 524 (89.9 %) of those, the 201 C featured snippet was identical to the regular snippet for this google.Per-centu 201 D The opposite 10 % approximately fell under one of these cases.
